Construction Steps

  1. Prepare the case: Use pliers to remove unnecessary compartments from the drawer organizer to create space for the joystick and buttons.
  2. Mark button positions: Use the layout template to mark where each button and the joystick will be placed.
  3. Create holes: Use the 30mm hole punch to create clean openings for the buttons and joystick.
  4. Mount components: Secure the joystick using the 10mm bolts, nuts, and washers. Make sure it's firmly attached.
  5. Install buttons: Snap the arcade buttons into their holes. They should fit snugly.
  6. Wire connections: Connect all buttons and the joystick to the controller board following the manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Secure internal components: Use the glue gun to fix any loose wires or components inside the case.
  8. Add non-slip tape: Apply tape to the bottom of the case to prevent sliding during intense gaming sessions.
  9. Test: Connect to your gaming system and test all buttons and joystick directions.
